PLYOMETRICS AND CALISTHENICS ‒ PHYSICAL TRAINING METHODS SPECIFIC TO THE PHYSICAL TRAINING OF THE MILITARY

 The physical training of the military must be extremely hard, as it is a support for programs. Moreover, prepare to deal with any situation they may encounter on battlefield: from climbing 3-meter-high wall under enemy fire running varied ground, 30 kg backpack and individual weapons in his hands. In addition, maintaining or improving performance professional personnel various settings crucial general training. When we start military-specific program, are confident that fastest track serious results. will become stronger, great strength, having robust harmonious constitution. this article, briefly present two methods specific (plyometrics calisthenics), which education specialists should use permanent basis, so fighters reach higher level training.
